Warranty Terms and Conditions


1. General Terms

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures that occur under normal usage conditions.

  • The warranty period begins from the purchase date stated on the official proof of payment.

  • Product Authenticity: The warranty is only valid if the product is purchased through an authorized distributor or seller.

  • Product Identification: The warranty will be considered void if the product’s serial number has been removed, altered, or damaged.

2. Warranty Coverage (1-Year Protection)

Category & Coverage:

Internal Electronic Defects: Significant battery performance degradation, sensor malfunctions (HR, HRV, PPG), and Bluetooth module failures.

Manufacturing Physical Defects: Circuit board damage and detached micro-components during normal usage.

Battery Protection: The battery is considered defective if it drains in less than 1 day (24 hours) after a full charge.

Body Scratches (Special Coverage): Covered only if the buyer provides an unboxing video. Claims must be submitted within a maximum of 2 weeks after receiving the product.

3. Warranty Exclusions (Not Covered)

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from daily use.

  • Color changes to the product material over time.

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper use.

  • Damage resulting from repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized third parties.

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

To ensure a smooth warranty claim process, customers must follow these steps:

  • Mandatory Troubleshooting: Before a claim can be approved, customers must complete self-troubleshooting steps according to the support team’s instructions (such as device reset or firmware update). Refusal to complete this step may result in claim rejection.

  • Reporting: Contact the customer support team and provide proof of purchase along with details of the issue.

  • Unit Shipment: If a physical inspection is required, the return shipping cost (shipping the defective unit to the service center) will be fully borne by the customer.
